DHL extends relationship with bp retail for four more years

DHL Supply Chain has won a contract with bp retail to manage warehousing and transport to bp forecourts across the UK, extending the relationship for a further four years. 
 
DHL will continue to operate tri-temperature product storage as well as pick, pack and distribution, servicing all 324 of bp’s company owned and operated stores across the UK. The operation runs 24 hours a day, 364 days a year with each store receiving at least two deliveries per week.
 
The contract was awarded following a 17 year relationship in which DHL has focused on responding to bp retail’s evolving needs and seamlessly transitioned operations to a new 167k sq ft facility in Rugby Gateway.
